Тhe Department of State Revenues for the Kyzylorda Region (here in after referred to as the Department) In accordance with Order No. 727, the interdepartmental working group for combating the shadow economy conducted a cameral control of taxpayers.
As a result, the total amount of VAT turnover with LLP "BBB" LLP, registered in the Department of State Revenues in Kyzylorda with the signs of issuing a false invoice, amounted to 291.8 million tenge. The relevant information was sent to the regional prosecutor's office.
At present, in accordance with the Request issued by the Regional Prosecutor's Office, it is obliged to conduct an unscheduled comprehensive inspection.
