Customs documents: Basic Rules

1. language of filling customs documents are filled in Kazakh or Russian. In interaction between the EAEU countries-only in Russian.

2.Codes and classifiers all information in the encoded form is indicated by classifiers approved by the Eurasian Economic Commission (or by classifiers approved by the authorized body prior to their approval).

3. Electronic Documents the structure and format of electronic customs documents are approved by the authorized body of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in cases not regulated by the legislation of the EAEU — by the Commission).

4.documents not provided for in the EAEU, their forms, the procedure for filling out and the procedure for making changes (additions) are approved by the authorized body of Kazakhstan.

5.filling procedure if the filling rules or the procedure for making changes are not provided for by the Customs Code of the EAEU, they are determined by the authorized body of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
