3) if there is a license issued by the Industry Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Checklist of Specific Goods provided for in the Rules for Licensing the Export and Import of Specific Goods approved by Order No. 425 of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 9, 2023 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 32759) 4) by individuals for personal use in accompanied baggage within the limits of the norms established by the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107 "On certain issues related to goods for personal use" The permissive procedure for the export of certain types of goods included in Appendix 1 to this order is implemented by issuing export permits by the Committee of Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan The permissive procedure for the export of certain types of goods included in Appendix 2 to this order is implemented by issuing export permits by the Telecommunications Committee of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan The permissive procedure for the export of certain types of goods included in Appendix 3 to this order is implemented through the issuance of export permits by the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan To approve the Rules for issuing permits for the export of certain types of goods from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Appendix 4 to this order The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within its competence, shall ensure control over the implementation of paragraphs 2 and 3 of this order The Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the established procedure, shall ensure: 1) posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) within five working days from the date of signing by the last of the heads of state bodies of this order, sending a copy of it in electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory legal acts acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
