In general, 93 taxpayers have been registered in the region to date, who have a permit for the use of subsoil and groundwater. Such taxpayers are constantly monitored by the Department of State Revenue in the Kyzylorda region for the forms of tax reporting submitted by them. As a result of desk control for 2022, a total of 93 taxpayers provided tax revenues in the amount of 318.0 million tenge, including 226.6 million tenge provided an additional source of income from 60 taxpayers.
Since the beginning of 2023, 51.3 million tenge has been received from taxpayers engaged in subsurface use, including 3.3 million tenge additionally collected from 5 taxpayers.
In addition, according to the data of the authorized state body, in 2022, 4 taxpayers (2 legal entities, 2 individual entrepreneurs) were identified in the region who illegally carried out this type of activity, paragraph 1 of Article 139 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan imposed a fine for a total amount of 416.7 thousand tenge.
