KKM receipts in the state language

According to Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", accounting, statistical, financial and technical documentation in the system of state bodies, organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regardless of ownership forms, is provided in the state and Russian languages.
​Meanwhile, in accordance with article 4 of the Law, the State language is the language of public administration, legislation, judicial proceedings and record keeping, operating in all spheres of public relations throughout the State.
According to paragraph 5 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Accounting and Financial Reporting" dated 28.02.2007 No. 234, individual entrepreneurs and organizations ensure accounting and financial reporting in the state and (or) Russian languages.
In accordance with the technical requirements, the KKM models included in the State Register of KKM have the function of switching to the state language.
In the future, in order to expand the scope of application of the state language, to prevent violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to avoid complaints from citizens, it is necessary to issue KKM checks in the state language at the request of the buyer (client).
