Tolendy Nurdauletovich Kerimbekov was born in 1972 in the city of Zharkent, Panfilov district, Taldykorgan region. Has a university degree. In 1995, he graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor with a degree in Agronomy. In 2001, he graduated from the T. Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit, and in 2007 from the Academician Zholdasbekov Institute with a degree in Law.

Карьера

career  He started his career in 1989 as a worker at Panfilov HRSU. He has been with the tax authorities since July 2002. In May 2011, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of the Tax Department for the city of Taldykorgan of the State Duma of the Almaty region. In 2014-2024, he served as head of the state Revenue departments for Uygur and Karatal districts, Taldykorgan city and Panfilov district as part of the State Revenue Department for Almaty Region and Zhetis. 2024-2025 - Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the North Kazakhstan region. On May 15, 2025, by order of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for Kostanay region.
