Pilot project for the Committee’s Contact Center to provide consultations via video communication

Since October 16 of this year, the State Revenue Committee has launched a pilot project to provide the Committee's Contact Center with advice to taxpayers via video communication.
The aim of the project is to provide taxpayers with consulting services in a more convenient and quick-to-understand format by clicking on a special Qr code or on the link "Video Call" https://kgd.qosyl.kz / on the portal of the State Revenue Committee www.kgd.gov.kz or in Salyqbot in Telegram.
A free video call can be made by any user from anywhere in the world (it is enough to have a cell phone or a computer with Internet access).
The service provides an opportunity to send text messages and necessary links to subscribers during a video consultation.
We strive to make the process of fulfilling your tax obligations simpler, more convenient and more accessible.
Working hours of the Contact Center: on weekdays (Monday-Friday), from 9.00 to 18.30 hours.
