How will the cost of the control mark and the means of identification used in the labeling of tobacco products change?

The maximum amount of the cost of the control (identification) mark, the means of identification used in the labeling of tobacco products has been determined. On June 25, 2023, the corresponding Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 629 dated June 8, 2023 comes into force.

We note that earlier the cost of the control (identification) mark, the means of identification used in the labeling of tobacco products was approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Currently, as part of the redistribution of powers between levels of government, the authority to approve the cost of a control (identification) mark, identification means used in tobacco labeling has been transferred to the competence of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In this connection, the cost of the control (identification) mark, the means of identification used in the labeling of tobacco products was approved unchanged in the amount of 2.68 tenge without VAT.
