In order to improve the quality of public services, to reduce queues, as well as to reduce the risks of spreading infection, an opportunity has been implemented for taxpayers to pre-book a visit to the tax office at a convenient time.

You can book a queue:

• on the website of the KND MF RK;
• in the mobile application "e-Salyq mobile".

On the SRC website, booking is available in the section "Electronic services", "Business Assistance", "Online booking". In the booking request form, you must specify:

• IIN/BIN;
• region;
• territorial UGD MF RK;
• name of the service;
• date and time of the planned visit.

When booking a queue using the "e-Salyq mobile" mobile application, you must go to the "Electronic Services" section and also enter similar data.
