In order to ensure the fight against the shadow economy and to ensure transparency throughout the entire chain of goods movement, since December 31, 2020 a pilot project on the implementation of the Consignment Note for Goods (CNT) is carried out, whose obligatory participants are, among others:
- Goods imported into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the territory of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- Goods exported from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the territory of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The Pilot's job is to debug all the systems involved in this process.
According to the Order dated June 4, 2021 № 531 "List of some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are amended and supplemented" the term of the Pilot is extended until October 1, 2021.
