On February 25, 2021, the Agreement entered into force in the form of an exchange of notes on the procedure for recognizing official documents confirming residence issued by the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Armenia under the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion in in relation to taxes on income and on property and the Protocol to it of November 6.
