Information on anti-corruption for 2020 in the Department of State Revenue of the Karaganda region

As part of the prevention of corruption by the Department in 2020, the Department carried out the following work:

1. The action plan of the Department for the Prevention of Corruption in the OGD for 2020 has been approved and is being implemented.
2. In the buildings of the Department, the Department of Internal Affairs and at customs posts, there are schedules for the reception of citizens by the management, boxes for complaints and suggestions, as well as stands with the text of the Code of Ethics.
3. The Department has a helpline with a recording function, where reports of any illegal actions are recorded (8-7212-437-000). For all the facts of appeals, measures are taken.

In order to form an anti - corruption culture among employees and zero tolerance for corruption manifestations, 708 different educational and educational events on anti – corruption topics were held in 2020, including: speech on TV-64; publications were published in the media, on the official website of the Department, on social networks Instagram, Facebook, Twitter-141; seminars were held – 103, including 16 field seminars-meetings in the Department of Internal Affairs, meetings of "round tables" -20, including jointly with the Anti-Corruption Service for the Karaganda region; 380 classes were held with the personnel.
