DGD Information systems

At present, the ISNA and Keden information systems are being implemented.

The Integrated Tax Administration System (ISNA) is the key digital platform of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is designed to consolidate tax administration functions into a single system, replacing seven previously fragmented solutions.

ISNA is a modern and efficient tool that provides:

• Consolidation and automation of tax processes.
• Convenient and fast interaction for taxpayers.
• Increased transparency and reduced corruption risks in communication with revenue authorities.
• Reliability, flexibility, and strong analytical capabilities through integration with external systems and risk analysis systems.

The “Keden” Information System (IS “Keden”) is the national customs digital platform of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

IS “Keden” is not just another system, but a key element of Kazakhstan’s strategic customs administration reform. It ensures a digital, transparent, automated, and reliable process for performing customs operations and delivering public services.
