By order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.05.2023 No. 540, the schedule of periodic inspections of the territorial bodies of the state Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the second half of 2023 on the basis of assessing the degree of risk in the field of.
According to Paragraph 2 of Article 145 of the tax code, periodic tax inspections are carried out on the basis of assessing the degree of risk, which are appointed by tax authorities in relation to taxpayers (tax agents) based on the results of the analysis of tax reports, data from authorized state bodies, as well as information on the activities of taxpayers (tax agents)from official and open sources.
The basis for the appointment of periodic tax audits based on risk assessment is a semi-annual schedule approved by the decision of the authorized body, which includes the following taxpayers registered with state bodies in the Karaganda region.
