 The decision to classify goods in unassembled or disassembled form, including in incomplete or incomplete form, the import of which is supposed to be in various consignments within a certain period of time, is made on the basis of a person’s application in the form of an electronic document or a paper document by the authorized body or territorial customs body.

 The decision to classify goods in unassembled form is made subject to the following conditions:

agreement (contract);

the applicant;

  2.
