Corruption prevention is a set of preventive measures to create an atmosphere of intolerance to corruption and the inevitability of punishment for corruption offenses.

In the anti-corruption system, the fundamental link is the identification and minimization of corruption risks, conditions and causes accompanying their occurrence.

An intolerant attitude to corruption should become the civil position of every citizen of Kazakhstan, and honesty and integrity should become the norm of behavior.

All state bodies, organizations, quasi-public sector entities and officials are obliged to conduct anti-corruption activities within their competence.
