To the attention of the participants of foreign economic activity! Today, corruption as a negative social phenomenon continues to exist in almost all countries of the world regardless of political development, including in Kazakhstan, differs only in scale. The fight against corruption is one of the main significant priorities of the state policy in Kazakhstan. Perceiving corruption as a systemic phenomenon, the state creates and implements comprehensive measures to counteract it. An important role in the fight against corruption is played by specific measures that can reduce corruption manifestations in the state and society, identify and punish those involved in corruption. Currently, all State bodies are adopting departmental programs and plans to combat corruption, which include various anti-corruption measures. Most executive authorities have established their own security services, the purpose of which is to curb the corrupt activities of employees within the authorities. No matter how active the role of the state in taking measures to combat corruption, it will not be able to do without the help of ordinary citizens in this fight. In almost all regions, various actions and events are held for the purpose of anti-corruption propaganda, template speeches in the media, and the Internet space is also involved. Also, the anti-corruption policy of countries with a low level of corruption is being studied, with its application in practice, respectively. The study of the anti-corruption policies of such countries shows that the basic foundations of their measures are transparency of the activities of state bodies and the inevitability of punishment, organized control by civil society over the work of state bodies, high salaries of civil servants, effective preventive and proactive work. Every citizen must and must live and work in accordance with the law. In order to avoid corruption phenomena, it is necessary to know your rights firmly, be able to protect them, have a firm moral position that denies the use of corrupt methods in private, public and professional life. If a person takes part in the illegal use of his or someone else's official position in order to obtain material or non-material benefits, he becomes part of the corruption system. Unfortunately, there is a fairly large group of citizens among the population who prefer to take corruption for granted. Many do not even think that it is their actions that do not allow them to effectively fight corruption. The fight against corruption, first of all, should be expressed in the unwillingness of citizens to participate in corrupt relations. That is why, in order not to become a victim of corruption, as well as not to embark on the path of a crime of the law, it is necessary to have clear ideas about ways to fight corruption. In case of extortion of a bribe or the inability to refuse to give a bribe (for example, in case of a threat to life and health) - this must be reported to law enforcement agencies.
