The information systems of the State Revenue Committee are designed for the comprehensive automation of business processes within the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and include the automation of providing electronic services by the SRC of the MF RK to citizens and businesses of the RK. The implementation of the SRC IS project "Development of Information Systems for the Purpose of Reforming Tax and Customs Administration" involves the modernization of existing information systems of the SRC of the MF RK and the creation of new ones. The scale of the Project is mainly determined by the total number of taxpayers involved in the taxation system, as well as the number of users of the SRC information systems engaged in tax administration activities. Also important is the number of levels in the organizational hierarchy of the SRC, which, among other things, determines the architecture of the system being designed.
