For taxpayers engaged in the production and circulation of tobacco products

State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the introduction of the new version of the Republic of Kazakhstan Code on July 7, 2020 "About health of the people and health care system" informs taxpayers engaged in the production and turnover of tobacco products on the adopted normative legal acts relating to products with heated tobacco:

          - Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11.03.2020, №1061 amended the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 15, 2017 № 102 "On Approval of Rules of assignment of personal identification numbers codes on tobacco products." Appropriate changes have been made regarding the assignment of personal identification numbers-codes for products with heated tobacco and for hookah tobacco.

          - by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2020 №1154, amendments were made to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2018 №143 “On approval of the Rules for marking (re-labeling) alcoholic beverages, with the exception of wine materials, beer and beer drink, accounting control stamps and tobacco products with excise stamps, as well as forms, content and protection elements of excise and accounting and control stamps. Appropriate changes have been made regarding the placement of excise stamps on a pack of products with heated tobacco from April 1, 2021.

- by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 27, 2020 №1148, amendments were made to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 27, 2015 №145 "On approval of the Rules and the form for submitting a declaration on balances and (or) turnover of tobacco products." Appropriate changes have been made regarding the submission of a declaration on the residues and/or circulation of tobacco products with heated tobacco.
