In case of submission of the applicant's application via the "Electronic Government" Web application:
Log in to the web application portal www.egov .kz - Click "Home" - click "Business" - Click "Licensing and accreditation" - then click "Licensing" - select "License for storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages, except for the storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages on the territory of its production" – click "Order service online" - Specify the necessary data, fill out an application and sign your EDS.
In case of submission of the applicant's application via the portal "electronic licensing" www.elicense.kz:
Log in to the web application portal www.elicense .kz -
Click "Industry and technology" - then click "Production of alcoholic beverages" - "Storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages, except for the storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages on the territory of its production" – click "Order service online" - Specify the necessary data, fill out an application and sign your EDS.
Documents required to obtain a license:
1) Application of the prescribed form (in the portal "E-licensing");
2) Payment of the license fee
3) Title documents for the object: in case of lease of the premises, a lease agreement or gratuitous use / trust management. If the lease agreement is concluded for a period of more than 1 (one) year, the contract is subject to mandatory state registration in the legal cadastre. Registration is carried out in the PSC.
4) The cadastral number of the object and the IIN/BIN of the owner of the premises (indicated in the information form);
5) Availability of electricity, water supply and sewerage at the facility (indicated in the information form);
6) The presence of a CMC with an AF with a data transfer function (indicated in the form of a summary).

electronic copies of documents containing information about the changes that served as the basis for the renewal of the license and (or) an appendix to the license, with the exception of documents contained in state information systems.
Payment of the license fee:
1) to obtain a license:
- in the capital, cities of republican and regional significance – 100 MCI;
- in cities of regional significance and settlements – 70 MCI;
- in rural settlements – 30 MCI.
2) when renewing a license – 10% of the license fee rate.
Payment of the license fee is carried out at KBK 105402 at the place of main registration for an individual entrepreneur, for a legal entity (LLP) at the location of the legal address before submitting an application to the licensor to the State Revenue Department (hereinafter referred to as the DGD). An application for a license for the storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages is submitted to the DGD, where the object of activity is located.
Payment of the license fee is carried out in cash and non-cash form through second-tier banks and organizations that carry out certain types of banking operations. In case of submitting a request through the portal, payment can be made through the payment gateway of the "electronic government".
The result of rendering the service
A license in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature of an official of the service provider or a reasoned response to a refusal to provide a public service.
