Olzhas Elubayuly Baigalyk was born on July 26, 1989 in the village of Chilik in the Yenbekshikazakh district of the Almaty region. In 2011, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Economics and Business; in 2012, the University of International Business with a degree in Finance; in 2015, Turan University with a degree in Law.
