Draft Order "On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 29, 2015 No. 498 "On approval of the Rules for equipping technological lines for the production of ethyl alcohol and (or) alcoholic beverages with control metering devices, their functioning and accounting, except for the production of wine materials, as well as beer and beer drink, the production capacity of which is below four hundred thousand decaliters per year"" (hereinafter – Proket of the order) developed in order to bring in line with paragraphs 4-1) and 7) of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic Kazakhstan "On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages",.
Thus, paragraph 10 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on technical regulation, entrepreneurship, improvement of the system of public administration and payments" amendments have been made to subparagraphs 4-1) and 7) of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic Kazakhstan "On state regulation of the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages", according to which the terms "beer and beer drink" are replaced by "brewing products", "vinomaterial" on "vinonaliv" (effective from January 1, 2022)
