Currently, the portal of open regulatory legal acts contains a draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
"On amendments to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter – the draft).
This draft was developed on the basis of the recommendations of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and regulates the procedure for filling in and submitting three – level reports by multinational enterprises on transfer pricing-local, main and intercountry reports.
The project has been under public discussion since 02.09.2021 and is relevant until 16.09.2021.
