The provision of the state service "Registration of the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of the obligations of a legal entity operating in the field of customs affairs and (or) an authorized economic operator"is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 294 dated February 26, 2018.
The state service is provided by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance or by the territorial bodies of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry (hereinafter referred to as the service provider).
Acceptance of documents and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through the office of the service provider.
Individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the service recipient), in order to receive a state service, send an application to the service provider for registration of the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of the obligations of a legal entity operating in the field of customs affairs and (or) an authorized economic operator (hereinafter referred to as – application) in the approved form (appendix No. 2) with a package of documents.After that, the employee of the office of the service provider submits the application and the documents attached to it for consideration to the head of the service provider or his acting duties, who determines the responsible executor of the service provider.
The responsible contractor of the service provider, within no more than 3 (three) working days from the date of their receipt, checks the compliance of the information specified in the application and (or) the submitted documents required for the provision of public services with the requirements established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated December 26, 2017 with subsequent registration.
If the service recipient submits an incomplete package of documents according to the list provided for in paragraph 8 of Annex 1 to these Rules, and (or) expired documents, as well as an application in an unspecified form, the employee of the service provider's office refuses to accept the application.
