The fee for the placement of outdoor (visual) advertising (hereinafter referred to as the fee) is charged for the placement of outdoor (visual) advertising in the open space outside the premises in localities, in the right-of-way of public roads, in the open space outside the premises in localities and outside the right-of-way of public roads.

The payers of the fee are not the state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for outdoor (visual) advertising placed in connection with the implementation of the functional duties assigned to them.

fee rates are determined in the amount that is a multiple of the MCI. The calculation procedure and payment terms are calculated based on the payment rates and the actual period of placement of outdoor (visual) advertising. When placing ads for a period of less than one calendar month, the fee is paid for one calendar month.
⠀The amount of the fee is paid to the budget at the location of outdoor (visual) advertising on a monthly basis no later than the 25th day of the current month.
