The legal responsibility of civil servants for committing corruption offenses is increasingly increasing, and the entire public is involved in this work.
For the last 5 years or more, the state bodies periodically conduct an internal analysis of corruption risks, including in the State Duma of the Aktobe region.
The purpose of the analysis is to prevent and eliminate corruption in regulatory legal acts that affect the activities of any department.
The Department of Human Resources is also working to identify the conditions that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses, as well as to eliminate them. One of the main corruption risks, as a rule, is the presence of contacts with participants in foreign economic activity in the provision of public services, the request for additional documents.
In order to minimize corruption risks, the Department has sent relevant proposals to the authorized body for consideration of certain regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the division.
The elimination of conditions conducive to the manifestation of corruption is the business of every conscious citizen of our country, every civil servant, as corruption undermines the foundations of the state and is a direct threat to the national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
