The Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktobe region reports the following for the information of taxpayers.
The process of paying taxes has become even easier. This was made possible thanks to the "Tax Wallet" service in the "e-Salyq Azamat" mobile app ("App Store" and "Play Market").
By sending money to the "Tax Wallet" service, the taxpayer receives a number of advantages, such as:
- Auto-writing of tax arrears from the tax purse;
- Automatic transfer of outstanding amounts from one tax to another tax;
- Receiving payment notifications;
- Exclusion of unjustified tax penalties;
- Exclusion of erroneous payments;
- Views of taxable items.
Also in the mobile application "e-Salyg" for the convenience of citizens, it is possible to view data on vehicles that are registered with the traffic police, respectively, to see for which vehicles the tax was calculated.
The service allows you to apply online for adjustments, including changes in the characteristics of the vehicle, to exclude the vehicle from the database in connection with its alienation (sale).
In the interface, it is enough to attach the relevant documents about the sale or the correct data of the car.
And within a few days, the information will be corrected.
Simplification of this process eliminates direct contact with the specialists of the state revenue authority, and also reduces the level of corruption.
