In order to reduce the shadow turnover, the SNT will allow the traceability of the turnover of goods from the border to retail trade. This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhaydarinkerbayev at a press conference in the CCS.
Information systems for customs clearance (ASTANA-1) and Electronic Invoices (IS ESF) will provide control over the entire sales chain.
The system is currently being piloted. However, fines and other penalties are not applied to debug all the systems involved in this process.
"According to numerous appeals from taxpayers, the Pilot's terms are postponed:
for excisable goods-until July 1, 2021;
for goods imported from the EAEU/exported to the EAEU-until July 1, 2021;
for Virtual Warehouse products-until November 1, 2021.
For goods from the List of WTO exemptions and goods with the use of digital marking, the start date of the Pilot is postponed from February 1, 2021 to July 1, 2021, the end date - from July 1, 2021 to February 1, 2022, " Zh. Inkerbayev.
