How to withdraw form 328.00 in 2021?

In order for 328.00 to be automatically withdrawn, taxpayers need to fill out a new application, in which they need to specify:

• registration number of the previously submitted application,
• the date of the previously submitted application,

* select the reason for "Making changes that do not affect the size of the tax base" (so that the total amounts for columns 19 and 20 of the earlier submitted application and the new application are really the same).

If the new application does not contain any FLK errors, the previously submitted application will automatically change its status to "Withdrawn by replacement method".
