Every year, individuals faced the problem of non-relevance of the database of state bodies on real estate, vehicles, and land plots. To solve this problem, since 2019, a Working Group on updating databases has been operating, which includes technical representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ICRIAP, NAO "Government for Citizens", JSC "NIT". This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the SRC Gaidar Interbev at a briefing.
He noted that in general, the working group processed more than 25 million information and updated more than 5 million erroneous information: on real estate-2.6 million; on vehicles-943 thousand; on land – 1.7 million.
The service is integrated with the information systems of the NAO "Government for citizens, CAP MIA and AIS SLC Ministry of agriculture, respectively, by real estate, vehicles, land.
If there is incorrect information in the details of the objects, the taxpayer has the opportunity in the mobile application "E-salyq Azamat" to send an application to the relevant authorized state body for updating. The status of the application review can be tracked in the same service. To date, 8,938 users have applied for data correction for vehicles, 228 users for real estate, and 568 users for land plots.
