The Department of state revenue of the Aktobe region reminds that the tax period for individual entrepreneurs applying a special tax regime based on a patent is a calendar year.
Taking into account that the term of effective patents for individual entrepreneurs applying the patent regime expires on December 31, 2020, the DGD recommends that such taxpayers take care in advance of the need to submit a calculation of the value of the patent for the upcoming tax period - 2021.
