Department of state revenue of the Aktobe region, for the information of taxpayers!
Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2020 No. 1104 "on approval of the Rules and deadlines for the implementation of the pilot project on registration of accompanying invoices for goods and their document flow" informs that it was signed and passed state registration with the Ministry of justice.
The pilot project is being implemented on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- From December 31, 2020, excisable products for goods whose electronic invoices are subject to issuance through a virtual warehouse, as well as for import and export operations within the framework of the Eurasian economic Union;
- from February 1, 2021 to products from the world trade organization list.
