From May 4, 2026, in connection with the introduction of the new information system "KEDEN," payment of the fee for customs declaration using the transit declaration, as well as the fee for customs support will be carried out under KBK 106201 "Customs fees paid in accordance with the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
Previously, these payments were made under KBK 106119, which refers to advance payments under the customs legislation of the EAEU and the Republic of Kazakhstan, including ensuring the fulfillment of obligations to pay customs payments and taxes.
In this regard, payers are given the opportunity to offset or return previously paid amounts transferred to KBK 106119.
To do this, you must submit a tax application for the offset and (or) return of payments to the budget.
This can be done through the web application "Taxpayer's Office" or on paper through the state corporation "Government for Citizens."
These changes are aimed at unifying customs clearance procedures and the transition to new digital solutions in the administration system.
