The Department of State Revenue in the Akmola region pays special attention to the prevention and prevention of corruption, as well as on a regular basis, work is being done to educate intolerance to corruption among the employees of our Department.

As you know, corruption is the illegal use by persons holding a responsible public position, persons authorized to perform public functions, persons equated with persons authorized to perform public functions, officials of their official (official) powers and related opportunities in order to obtain or extract personally or through intermediaries property (non-property) benefits and benefits for themselves or third parties, as well as bribery of these persons by providing benefits and benefits.

Corruption, as a social phenomenon, has a negative impact, in addition, it causes great harm to the economic and national security of our state.

Together with the Department of the Agency for Combating Corruption in the Akmola region, preventive measures are being carried out that form a negative attitude of officials to corruption.

Within the framework of the project "ANTIKOR.LIVE", the management staff of the Department and territorial Departments takes an active part in informing taxpayers about the measures taken to prevent and prevent corruption offenses in the state revenue bodies of the Akmola region.

On a quarterly basis, the Department of State Revenue of the Akmola region conducts an internal analysis of corruption risks. All proposals and recommendations based on the results of the analysis are sent to the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for consideration and decision-making on the implementation of these recommendations.

In order to monitor the proper implementation of anti-corruption legislation, video surveillance cameras are installed throughout the Department building, and complaint boxes are installed. At the same time, in order to create a level of zero tolerance for corruption among employees, a dialog box with the text "Before you commit something illegal - think about it!!! Always remember-they are waiting for you at home!!! "  is installed  as a reminder on the personal computer of employees of the Department and its territorial departments . Also, as a computer lock screen saver, an image of a reminder of the need to comply with anti-corruption restrictions, including the acceptance of gifts in connection with the performance of official duties, is installed.

On a regular basis, sociological research is conducted among employees in order to determine the negative moral and psychological climate due to the incorrect organization of work on the part of the managers responsible for this, with the inclusion in the questionnaire of questions concerning the identification of facts of extortion of bribes, extortion, etc.

Thus, the promotion of anti-corruption policies and the application of the above-mentioned measures to prevent and suppress corruption offenses are positive and enterprising steps in the fight against corruption, which help to improve the image of state revenue agencies and the trust of taxpayers.
