State Institution "Apparatus of akim of Tyulyuksky rural district of Kegensky district"
The state educational institution "Akim's Office of the Tuyuk rural District" of the Kegensky district (hereinafter referred to as the akim's office) ensuring the activities of the akim of a city of district significance, village, settlement, rural district (hereinafter referred to as akim) and performing other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The office of the akim of the rural district carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
