The Department of Culture and Language Development, within its competence, is engaged in the implementation of state policy in the field of culture and language development. Today, the sphere of culture is actively developing in all regions of the country, various events are being held to revive it. We can say that one of these organizations is the Tuyuk Village Club, which works under the leadership of Gulzira Kumarbekovna Baidauletova and Gulmira Chaganovna Baikulova, artistic director. Every year it wins more and more attention from the rural community. The villagers express their gratitude to the institution, which is a source of culture. That is, at various events held on the eve of the holiday, people gather with applause. To date, the work of the clubhouse is very much in demand. Currently, there are three circles: dance, folk instruments led by Gulmira Baykulova, and handicrafts led by Farhat Satybaldiyev. In addition, the Asyl Azheler ensemble has been operating in the village since 2012. The cultural horde, formed from such talented citizens, at all festive evenings gives the villagers a good mood, holds various events and receives applause and thanks from the people.
