Malibekov Bakytzhan Kemelzhanovich was born on September 3, 1983 in the village of Kegen, Kegen district, Almaty region.

In 2006, he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev with a degree in metallization and metal processing, and in 2008, he graduated from the Almaty University of Education with a degree in management economist.

 

Карьера

He began his career in 2006 as an assistant steelmaker at KazFerroStal LLP.

2007-2008 5th grade aluminum smelter at "Casting" LLP;

2010-2013 Chief specialist-tax inspector of the state institution "Akim's Office of the Kegen Rural District" of Raiymbek district;

2013-2018 Chief Specialist Accountant of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Kegen Rural District" of Raiymbek District;

2019-2026 Head of the structural unit of the state institution "Administration of the Tuyik rural district akim" of Kegen district, Tuyik village, Kegen district, Almaty region

On June 9, 2026, he was elected akim of the Tuyuk rural district of the Kegen district.
