He was born on July 23, 1976 in the village of Kegen, Kegen district, Almaty region. In 1993, he entered the Yoshik Pedagogical College.

In 1996, he graduated with a degree in Elementary School Teaching.

In 2000, he entered the Abai Almaty State University, in 2005 he graduated from the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University with a degree in Kazakh language and literature and English.

From 1996 to 2003, he worked as a primary school teacher at the A. Nusupbekov secondary school.

From 2003 to 2006 he worked as a teacher-organizer in a secondary school named after A. Nusupbekov.

In 2006-2008, he worked as deputy director of the school for educational work at the secondary school named after S. Beisembetula, in 2008-2013, as deputy director of the school for educational work.
