- development of standard cooperation agreements between the management body of the condominium object and market entities that supply utilities to end users;
- participation in the formation and conduct of inter-sectoral coordination, monitoring and analysis of the activities of local Executive bodies in the field of water supply and sanitation, heat supply (except for heat and power plants and boiler houses that produce heat in the district heating zone) within localities;
- methodological support in the field of water supply and sanitation, heat supply (except for heat and power plants and boiler houses that produce heat energy in the district heating zone) within localities;
- implementation of loans and subsidies for construction, reconstruction and modernization of water supply and sanitation systems, heat supply;
- monitoring of water supply systems and wastewater disposal of wastewater in the drainage system, and maintenance of water supply and sanitation;
