According to paragraph 32 of the Methodological Recommendations for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks when determining positions subject to corruption risks, existing positions should be divided into two categories - managers and performers. Given the right to make decisions and carry out organizational and economic functions, the entire category of managers falls under the presence of high corruption risks, therefore, they should be classified as positions subject to corruption risks, without analyzing their functional responsibilities. The level of exposure to corruption risks of the positions of executors is determined based on the list of corruption-related functions, taking into account functional features.
