Kazakhstan sent humanitarian aid in the form of 2,000 tons of diesel fuel to the Kyrgyz Republic

On behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, 2000 tons of cargo in the form of diesel fuel was allocated to the People of the Kyrgyz Republic with the assistance of the Kazakhstan Agency of International Development «KazAID».

As a reminder, on the night of February 2 of this year there was an accident at the CHP of Bishkek, and Bishkek began to have problems with heating and hot water. The diesel fuel supplied by Kazakhstan will be used to meet energy needs in various spheres of life, including transportation, agriculture and medical facilities.

On February 28, 2024, the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan shipped the first batch of diesel fuel in the amount of 1,000 tons from the “Zarya” branch of RSE “Reserve” by 17 tank wagons.

This humanitarian aid is part of Kazakhstan's sustained efforts to develop partnerships with neighboring countries and further assist in creating a favorable environment for the development of the entire region.
