Day Two of the “Dostyk: Digitalization” Program

Astana, August 26, 2025 – The three-day seminar under the “Dostyk: Digitalization” program, organized by KazAID in partnership with KOICA, continues.
The event brings together government officials from Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan.

Lectures of Day Two:

Professor Hyun Sok Choi (Korea University) – innovations in e-government in the Republic of Korea.
• Professor Jeong Soo Park (Sookmyung Women’s University) – results-oriented human resource management and improving public sector efficiency.

After the lectures, participants took part in a Q&A session, followed by a cultural program in the format of a double-decker sightseeing bus tour with a guide. The route included:
Independence Square – National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Baiterek Monument – Triumph Arch “Mäñgilik El” – Central Mosque – Esil River Embankment. 

We hope the participants enjoyed Astana, its landmarks, and atmosphere, and found the seminar both useful and inspiring.
