Seminar for the countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus on earthquake risk reduction

The seminar focused on modern technical solutions in seismic isolation and international construction standards. Held from April 16 to 19, 2024, it was organized by JICA, KazAID, KazNIISA, and the Center for Emergency Situations. Specialists from the Kyrgyz Republic, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan participated. Japanese experts presented cutting-edge technologies and discussed future cooperation in seismic construction.
