- Organizes charity events for socially vulnerable segments of the population.
-Prepares and submits to the district employment center the documents of citizens who have arrived for work to engage in community service, forced labor and youth practice.
-Organizes and ensures the performance of social assistance to the population of the city and on the basis of regulatory legal acts for the purpose of targeted social assistance.
-Organizes and conducts the work of the commission on the appointment of state targeted social assistance.
-According to the appeals of citizens wishing to receive targeted social assistance, an act on their living conditions is drawn up, completed with documents, considered by the commission and transferred to the district employment department.
- Conducts the work of the information system "e-halyk"
- Works with veterans of the Second World War, the Afghan War, home front and labor, Chernobyl veterans on veterans' issues.
- Deals with issues of gender policy and demography;
