In 2022, veterinary and preventive measures for the Aitei rural district were carried out in full, no infectious diseases of animals were detected. Since the beginning of the year, 76 stray dogs and cats have been captured and destroyed. In addition, a plot of land with an area of 0.0400 hectares was allocated for the construction of a veterinary station in the village of Aitei and documents were transferred to the balance of the veterinary station with district veterinary points. There are 3352 heads of cattle, 4436 heads of small cattle, 497 heads of horses, 8766 heads of poultry in the district.
