The main area of work is the implementation of state regulation in the field of religious activity and interaction with religious associations.

Main tasks:

1) analysis and monitoring of the religious situation and information and explanatory work in the field of religion;

2) strengthening of interfaith harmony and interaction of the state with religious associations, control over the implementation of the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of religion;

3) research of problems of religion on the territory of the Altai rural district.
