The policy in the field of openness is implemented in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Access to Information" and is based on the principles of openness, accessibility to use, timeliness and completeness, development and innovation.
The publication of state data in the form of open data helps to increase the confidence of citizens in the activities of the government and demonstrates the achievements of the state in the field of digital transformation. Moreover, thanks to the modernization of tools for collecting, processing and presenting statistical information, open data is useful for business.
To date, the list of open data sets posted on the Internet portal (approved by the Decree of the Akimat of the Karaganda region No. 51/01 of July 14, 2016) consists of 17 sets.
According to the "Open Data" criterion, data relevance is constantly monitored, work with comments and identification of additional sets, according to the requests of the population.

- the share of the relevance of open data sets of LEB from the number posted on the portal, according to the approved list, is 100%;
- the share of relevance of open data sets of LEB from the total number published on the portal is 100 %.
