Unemployment rate for 2021 amounted to - 4.5% (RK - 4.9%).
As of January 1, 2022, 3,274 unemployed citizens were registered with employment services.
The proportion of registered unemployed in the economically active population was 0.5%.
In 2021, 33,365 new jobs were created in the region, including 18,541 permanent ones.
In 2022, 1,729.4 million tenge is provided for the payment of targeted social assistance (of which 1,383.5 million tenge is from the republican budget, 345.9 million tenge is MB), which will cover more than 20 thousand (20,202 people, 3,827 families) people (in 2021, 19,062 people (4,213 families) received TSA in the amount of 1,257.3 million tenge).
As part of the guaranteed social package for children aged 1 to 6 years, 549.6 million tenge (RB - 417.7 million tenge and IB - 131.9 million tenge) were allocated this year for 6,246 children. In 2021, 5,108 children received a guaranteed social package (2,537 children from 1 to 3 years old, 2,571 children from 3 to 6 years old).
For the implementation of the State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 in 2021, 6.6 billion tenge is provided and disbursed.
In the first direction of the Program “Providing Program participants with technical and vocational education and short-term vocational training”, 1.2 billion tenge was provided and disbursed:
- From September 1, 2021, 700 people or 100% were sent to train personnel with technological and vocational education, taking into account the needs of the labor market.
- 990 people or 166% were sent for short-term vocational training of workers in professions and skills that are in demand on the labor market (plan - 595 people).
In the second direction of the Program "Development of Mass Entrepreneurship", 3.7 billion tenge was provided and disbursed:
- 1816 self-employed and unemployed citizens or 145% were sent to study the basics of entrepreneurship under the Bastau Business project (plan - 1250 people).
- Program participants planning to implement business projects received 909 microcredits or 123% (plan - 742) , 1230 grants or 102% (plan - 1201) .
As part of the implementation of the third direction of the Program "Development of the labor market through the promotion of employment and labor mobility", 1.7 billion tenge was provided and disbursed:
- 28432 people were employed for vacant jobs. or 111% (plan - 25,741):
751 social jobs or 155% were created (plan - 485 people);
for youth practice - 1,041 or 128% (plan - 813 people);
for public works - 7,254 people. or 194% (plan - 3735 people).
In accordance with article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25 April 2003 "On compulsory social insurance" Social payment in case of loss of income due to care for child reaches one year of age is assigned to the participant of system of compulsory social insurance, caring for the child (Ren) and eligible to receive social payments from the Fund as of the date of birth indicated in the birth certificate of the child, on the day of reaching one year of age, inclusive.
