As part of the industrial and innovative development of the region, work continues on the development of new technologies in various sectors of the economy.
At the end of 2021, 285 enterprises indicated the presence of innovations (2020 - 281 enterprises).
The share of innovation- active enterprises of the Karaganda region for all types of innovations was 13%.
The volume of innovative products amounted to 245,399 million tenge, or an increase of 68.4% by 2020 (145,720 million tenge).
In 2021, the number of organizations (enterprises) carrying out research and development activities amounted to 38 units (29 units), and their internal costs amounted to 4.8 billion tenge (4 billion tenge).
The share of innovative products in the total GRP for 2021 was 3.2%, or an increase of 0.8% by 2020.
Work continues on the introduction of digital technologies and elements of Industry 4.0 at the industrial enterprises of the region. To date, 40 digital projects are being implemented at 11 enterprises for a total amount of 215.2 billion tenge. To date, 27 projects worth 210.9 billion tenge have already been implemented.
The implementation of the Model Digital Factories projects (AK Altynalmas JSC, Eurasian Foods JSC) continues, which provides for the introduction of technologies such as intelligent solutions, real-time monitoring and automation of operations.
To become a participant of SEZ "Saryarka", the applicant must contact the Management company SEZ "Saryarka" (hereinafter – the body), providing the relevant documents in accordance with the requirements laid down in article 10 of the Law on special economic zones of the Republic of Kazakhstan (dated 21 July 2011 No. 469-IV).
The procedure for considering an application to operate as a participant in a special economic zone is carried out by the management body of the special economic zone.the application is considered in accordance with the procedure and criteria for selecting projects provided for in article 11 of the Law on special economic zones of the Republic of Kazakhstan (dated July 21, 2011, No. 469-IV).
After receiving a notification from the management body of the special economic zone on the conclusion of an agreement on the implementation of activities, the authorized body within five working days enters information about the participant of the special economic zone in the unified register of participants of the special economic zone and notifies the management body of the special economic zone.
The applicant is recognized as a participant of the special economic zone from the date of making the corresponding entry in the unified register of participants of the special economic zone. (article 11 of the Law on special economic zones of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2011 No. 469-IV).
