Unified integrated system of the Akimat of the Karaganda region (UIS) of Karaganda region are designed to form an effective system of regional governance and delivery of public and other services to citizens and businesses through the use of information and communication technologies, increase of efficiency of functioning of state bodies and cost optimization in this field.

UIS is built on a modular basis. This construction principle allows you to use both individual components of the UIS and their combinations. But the maximum effect of the use is achieved when all the operations of the organization are performed in a single information environment.

All the functions of the system are interconnected and support the logical cycle of the organization's activities. It is a multi-component system, but it is also a single point of information input; a single information processing center and a single source of information about the organization's activities. The advantage of UIS can be considered the construction of a system of replication and distribution of data processing between servers located both near the main server (Server Center) and remotely, which allows you to quickly and efficiently provide data exchange within the system using ETS communication channels operating at a speed of 128 kbit/s, and maintain the relevance of both data and programs themselves.

The composition UIS includes the following automated information systems:

1. AIS System of electronic document management Log Book, Archive of electronic documents;
2. AIS Planning and management of Akimat activities;
3. AIS Formation of voter lists (Elections), Registration of polling stations;
4. AIS Accounting of lease agreements;
5. AIS Accounting of municipal property;
6. AIS Financial monitoring of the execution of local budgets (Finance House);
7. AIS Personnel management system;
8. AIS Regional forecast map;
9. AIS Monitoring of prices for socially significant consumer goods;
10. AIS Unified dispatching service of the region;
11. AIS Analytical system of the Akim of the region;
12. AIS Accounting of land plots;
13. AIS Basic set of applications and services of the server center (auxiliary system);
14. AIS System for storing and updating unified regulatory and reference information (auxiliary system).

The composition of the system can be supplemented with new components relatively easily, provided that they comply with the basic principles of building the system.

UIS meets the main requirements of the ITIL international library for the organization of work in the field of IT in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.

UIS meets the requirements of the ST RK ISO / IEC 27001-2015 " Information technology. Methods and means of ensuring the security of the information security management system. Requirements".

The use UIS allows you to:
